Understanding the Ratings:

- Effort (0-10): How difficult, complex, or resource-intensive is it (excluding direct time/money)? (10 = Max Effort)
- Time Cost: Estimated duration (hours, days, weeks, months).
- Monetary Cost: Direct financial expense.
The Matrix Quadrants:
- đ Quick Wins (High Benefit, Low Effort): Top priority! Do these first.
- đ¯ Major Projects (High Benefit, High Effort): Strategic, require planning.
- âŗ Fill-Ins (Low Benefit, Low Effort): Do if time permits, or delegate.
- đ¤ Thankless Tasks (Low Benefit, High Effort): Avoid, delegate, or re-evaluate.
Visual Cues on the Matrix:
- Dot Position: Determined by Benefit (vertical axis) and Effort (horizontal axis).
- Dot Size: Larger dots indicate higher Monetary Cost (relative to other items).
- Dot Border Thickness: Thicker borders indicate higher Time Cost (relative to other items).
A very thin or white border means negligible time cost.
